Q: Does Path Too Long Utility™ work on Windows Vista?
Yes. If you want to disable UAC globally, go to “Control Panel” then “User Accounts” then again “User Accounts” then “Turn User Account Control” and set it to Off, then restart your computer.

Q: What type of errors can utility resolve?
When you tried to delete, move or rename a file without Path Too Long Utility™, you may get following errors:

  • Cannot delete file: Access is denied
  • There has been a sharing violation.
  • The source or destination file may be in use.
  • The file is in use by another program or user.
  • Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
  • Error Deleting File or Folder
  • Cannot delete file or folder The file name you specified is not valid or too long. Specify a different file name.

Q: I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCES OF THE SINGLE USER AND MULTI USER? BY THE WAY, HOW MANY COMPUTERS CAN I INSTALL THE MULTI ?
Single License means 1 user on 1 PC. Multi License means unlimited seats within 1 organization in one location. It means if your company has its office in one building, with Multi License you can install our tool on each PC of your employees (even for 100 or 200 users). If you have several offices in different locations, for each location you need to have its own license.
